Mission Statement: Qasim-Saleem Memorial Hospital is built in the loving memory of Qasim Saleem, the middle child of Mian Azhar Chohan, and brother of Dr. Omar Saleem and Bilal Ahmed. Qasim Saleem was only 5 years old when he passed away in 1988 after a long battle with the blood cancer “Leukemia”. The 50 bed multi-speciality hospital is dedicated to Qasim Saleem, other children and adults in central Punjab who lack access to basic healthcare. It is a visionary project of Dr. Omar and his wife Dr. Ambreen who are practicing physicians in the United States. Qasim Saleem Memorial Hospital is a state of the art healthcare facility that intends to lead in providing the quality healthcare at an affordable price. With lack of standard public and private hospitals in the area, there is huge demand of a facility that standouts in setting up high standards of care. Qasim Saleem Memorial Hospital intends to fill that gap.
